If you sign up for a paid product, you will be asked to provide:

Product Interactions

We store on our servers the content that you upload, receive, or maintain in your product accounts:

  • Free plan: Original files are retained for 30 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
  • Paid plan: Content is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, it becomes immediately inaccessible and is fully purged (including backups) within 90 days.

Website Interactions

We collect information about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes, such as conversion rate testing and design experiments. This includes:

  • Browser and operating system versions
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and load times
  • Referring sites

If you are signed in, these analytics data are tied to your user account until it is no longer active.

Anti-Bot Assessments

We use third-party CAPTCHA services across our applications to mitigate brute-force logins and spam.

Cookies

We use persistent first-party and selected third-party cookies to:

  • Streamline your experience
  • Perform A/B testing

What Happens When You Delete Your Content

If you delete any content, it becomes immediately inaccessible. Accounting for backups, content is fully purged within 90 days.

Our servers and primary infrastructure are located in the Netherlands. By using our services and providing personal information, you consent to its storage and processing within the European Union.
